The dust has finally settled on the “500 Worlds” Warhammer 40K Campaign held this past Saturday at The Circle Hong Kong retail shop. It was a weekend of high-stakes strategy, cinematic charges, and heart-wrenching dice rolls.
While the Emperor’s finest fought tooth and nail to defend the Aurelian Sector, the final tally tells a dark tale: The forces of Chaos and the Xenos threat have emerged victorious in a narrow, one-point finish.

The Saga of the Three Assaults
Our narrative campaign was split into three distinct phases, each representing a critical turning point for the sector.
🛡️ 1st Assault: The Relic Hunt
The war began on the Periphery planets. The Imperial Fists and Iron Hands held a legendary line on Aurelia XI and X, successfully crushing incursions from the World Eaters and Alpha Legion. However, the T’au Empire found a chink in the Blood Angels’ armor on Aurelia IX, securing vital ancient relics that would prove decisive later in the day.
⛓️ 2nd Assault: The Prison Break
As the conflict moved to the Inner Rim, the stakes rose. The Blood Angels found their vengeance against the World Eaters, but the T’au Empire proved unstoppable, defeating the Iron Hands on Aurelia VII. Simultaneously, the Alpha Legion outmaneuvered the Imperial Fists in a series of shadow-war engagements. Crucially, the invaders rescued high-value prisoners, bolstering their ranks for the final push.
💀 3rd Assault: The Final Stand
In a desperate final struggle for survival, the Blood Angels and Iron Hands secured heroic victories for the Imperium. But tragedy struck the Inner Rim—the T’au Empire hammered the Imperial Fists in a brutal final confrontation.
The Final Tally: A Sector Lost by a Single Point
Despite the Imperium technically holding more territory at the end of the day (5 planets to 4), the strategic loss of vital relics and the escape of key prisoners tipped the scales in favor of the invaders.
