Description
Awaken the Undying Legion: Battleforce: Necron Host
Expanding or launching a competitive Necron army piece-by-piece can quickly drain your hobby budget and leave frustrating tactical gaps in your roster. Field too many basic troops without fire support, and your line gets shelled into scrap before crossing midfield. Rely strictly on heavy artillery, and nimble enemy units will seize secondary objectives and tie your gunline up in close combat.
The Battleforce: Necron Host solves your tactical and budgetary challenges at once. Providing 37 detailed plastic miniatures engineered to function as an integrated fighting force, this comprehensive set pairs durable battleline resilience with devastating high-power fire and vicious ambush capability. It is the definitive foundation to subjugate the galaxy in games of Warhammer 40,000.
Core Tabletop Advantages of the Necron Host Set
1. Armored Supremacy & Long-Range Artillery Support
Dominate the shooting phase from turn one. The towering Canoptek Doomstalker acts as a dedicated backline sentinel, unleashing high-yield anti-tank beams across the entire battlefield. Accompanying this walker is the versatile Catacomb Command Barge, a hovering command platform that grants durability to your Necron Overlord while directing fire and reanimating fallen allies across your battlelines.
2. The Unstoppable Silver Tide
Win matches on primary objective points through sheer, grinding endurance. With 20 Necron Warriors backed by 6 Canoptek Scarab Swarms, you have an expendable screen and an objective-securing phalanx. Utilizing their renowned Reanimation Protocols, your warriors continuously assemble themselves back together, dragging your opponent into a battle of attrition they cannot win.
3. Terrifying Melee Flanking Threats
Surprise vulnerable backlines and tear through elite infantry with rapid assault units. A pack of 3 burrowing Ophydian Destroyers (accompanied by a Plasmacyte) burrows through solid earth to pop up in your opponent’s rear, while 5 nightmarish Flayed Ones infiltrate key ruins to ambush high-value infantry in bloody close quarters.
